OUR SERVICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOW:

  Free initial consultation through our licensed agency;

 A Comprehensive cost estimate of the adoption process;

 Assistance in arranging and finding suitable Licensed Adoption Practitioner;

 Review of Home Study;

 Submission of the Home Study to the Ministry of Children and Youth Services (Government of Ontario) for approval;

 Assistance with Immigration Process: including completion of sponsorship application;

 Translation, notarization and authentication of essential documents;

 Adoptive Family:  Dossier preparation;

 Submission of applicants Dossier to foreign government authorities;

 Follow-up with Indian Recognized Placement Agency to ensure speedy approval of adoptive parents and child matching;

 Review of Child Proposal and Medical Reports;

Once the adoptive family accepts the Child Proposal, we contact the Indian Recognized Placement Agency to initiate the process of Guardianship or adoption as per Indian Law;

 Upon acceptance of proposed child by adoptive family, we contact Licensed Indian Placement Agency to initiate process for placement of the child;

 In the event of acceptance of the proposed child,  a pre-placement visit to India can be facilitated;

 Guidance and assistance to the family to complete an independent medical;

 Liaise with Licensed Indian Placement Agency in arranging legal guardianship or legal adoption as may be applicable for each case;

 Guidance to adoptive families regarding Indian customs, traditions, culture, travel advisory and other information that may help adoptive families in success of the adoption process;

 If required by the family, we arrange a guide in India to assist the family with the process;

 Assistance in completing visa process at the Canadian High Commission in India;

 Assistance in completing and forwarding the timely post placement reports to required government agencies;
