OUR ORGANIZATION

World View Adoption Association is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to Canadian Families for adopting children from India.  

Our organization is committed to providing adoption services with transparency, integrity and reliability, giving the highest priority to the safety, protection and well being of the adoptive children.

 World View Adoption Association is licensed by the province of Ontario’s Ministry of Children and Youth Services under the Inter-country Adoption Act and the Child and Family Services Act.  

 This organization is also listed by the Government of India's Central Adoptions Resource Agency (CARA), as an authorized foreign adoption agency to carry out international adoptions in accordance with the laws of India.

Mr. Parmjit Mangat:  the President and Program Director of Worldview Adoption Association .  He is also the President of West Coast Immigration Consultants, a reputed immigration consulting firm, well known throughout the world.  He is also a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC). In addition, Mangat is a form army officer and former member of the Faculty of Long Island University, Brookville Campus, New York, USA.

Mr. Mangat has been involved in adoption for the past 15 years.  Over the years, he has assisted hundreds of families in the adoption process.  His goals and the goals of his organization are to provide quality guidance and resources to facilitate the adoption process for adoptive families while ensuring that the interests of the children remain the number one priority.

Mr. Mangat regularly visits India to liaise with officials of the Central Adoption Resource Agency (CARA), the Voluntary Co-ordination Agency (VCA) and the recognized Placement Agencies to ensure proper services to the adoptive families.

Mr. Mangat is an active member and supporter of community events.  He is well recognized in the community for his contribution to various charitable causes including issues related to child welfare and development.
